✅ Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they:

• Are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

• Are not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

• Consumable items and coffee products (unless received damaged or incorrect).

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

🔄 Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part, NovaBrew Trading LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
